The Subject of Natural Health Seems Massive!

As I attempt to bring order to the structure of this website I am struck by the massiveness and complexity of the subject of natural health. Since my interest is limited to “good health” and not “the lack thereof,” a.k.a sickness and disease, the path ahead is significantly shortened. That said, the first sub-section of this topic will serve to define health.

Or, search on any subject using the search utility found on each page other than the “Home” page, or browse down the organizational trees from the following parent topics:

  • PHYSICAL HEALTH
    P
ertaining to the physical form, structures and functions of our bodies.
  • MENTAL HEALTH
    P
ertaining to the processes of our brains/minds, including cognitive abilities, sensory processing, memory, knowledge, creativity based on experiences and emotions.
  • SPIRITUAL HEALTH
    P
ertains to intuition and other perceptions which are outside the limitations of the body and the brain/mind, including perceptions and creativity which are not experience based.
  • CHEMICAL” HEALTH
    P
ertains to both beneficial and detrimental foods and beverages, vitamins, minerals, phyto-chemicals, heavy metals, gasses and any other substances which are consumed, ingested, inhaled and/or absorbed by, into or onto the body.
  • TOOLS for HEALTH
    P
ertains to any device, service, technique or practice that effects the structures and/or functions of humans, animals, plants or soils.
