Not satisfied to remain in the office writing gags, creating props and providing marketing and administrative services for other entertainers, Abernathy made his professional debut in Sun Valley, Idaho during the spring of 1995. Considering himself a "student" clown, he is often seen around Southern Idaho tossing objects into the air (usually even catching them), twisting balloons into animal-like friends and their accessories, puzzling over three different length ropes (or ARE they?) and showing young and old something very unique and wonderful which can be viewed in his "special box".

Abernathy claims to have uncovered one of the great secrets of the Universe, It is known as "Abernathy's Law":
