An Introduction to “Why Am I Dizzy?”
According to Google search results, more than 10,000 English-speaking people ask the Internet “Why am I dizzy?” every month. Most responses are too vague and complicated, especially when the answer is so simple …
“Why am I dizzy?”
“Because you are out of balance.”
“What? Out of balance? What does that mean?”
“It means that some part, or several parts of your makeup are out of balance.” It could be imbalanced nutrition. It could be structural. It could be excessive toxicity throwing you off.”
“When I asked my doctor ‘Why am I dizzy?’ he said I might have a brain tumor.”
“Yes, those are very profitable for doctors, and it is certainly possible. That would be a structural imbalance, likely caused by a nutritional imbalance or a toxic imbalance, or both. What do you usually eat?”
“I ask ‘Why am I dizzy and you ask me what I eat? Does that matter?”
“Definitely! Your body requires specific nutrients in order to maintain and rebuild your body properly. The ‘Standard American Diet’ does not contain those nutrients. Do you eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits? Especially raw leafy greens?”
“You mean like salads and stuff? I don’t like salads and vegetables very much. I like meat, potatoes, bread–stuff like that. I get lots of protein, so that couldn’t be why I feel dizzy.
“Actually, that could be exactly why you feel dizzy. Most people eat far too much protein and not nearly enough food with healthful nutrition in it. The best foods for nutrition are raw, dark green leafy vegetables, like spinach, kale, collards, parsley, etc.”
“Yuck! Those are just decorator vegetables, aren’t they? Nobody actually eats those, do they?”
“Indeed. Many people do, either in salads, green drinks or green smoothies. Interestingly, not a single person who eats like that has ever asked me ‘Why am I dizzy?’
“Are you trying to tell me that eating the yucky greens will keep me from getting dizzy? What if it IS a brain tumor? Eating greens can’t fix that.”
“Don’t be too certain about that. Let me ask you about something else. What would you do if a tree branch fell through your roof?”
“Call my insurance company.” Have them get someone to fix it.
And, what kind of materials would you want them to use? Top quality, decor-matching building materials, or stacks of old newspapers and thumb tacks?
“That’s ridiculous! Top quality materials, of course!”
“Good answer about your roof. Now, how about your body? It requires maintenance and repairs constantly, and the materials it has to use come from the foods you eat. Raw fruits and vegetables provide most of the building materials that your body needs for optimal repairs. Heated and otherwise processed foods, especially meat, wheat and dairy equate to a stack of old newspapers.”
“This is weird! I ask you ‘Why am I dizzy?,’ and you are talking about newspapers. My doctor also said it might be lung cancer.”
“All possible. All profitable for doctors. Are you a smoker?”
“Yes.”
“You are a smoker, and you asked me ‘Why am I dizzy?’
“Really? You are asking ‘Why am I dizzy?’”
“I suggest you return here often to read the rest of the articles as they are posted. For now, stop smoking, eat nutrition-rich foods, take high-quality nutritional supplements and avoid toxins. Maybe by the time you return you will have acquired new balance, and will no longer need to ask ‘Why am I dizzy?”
